2. Do you travel? If so, do you charge for that as well? We love to travel! Not all of our packages include travel fees. Once you submit your initial inquiry, then you will receive a document, which includes our packages, to which you can review them.

3. Can we customize our packages? Absolutely! Once you select a base package, you can customize it to your liking by adding more to it. For example, you can add aerial drone footage to create to your Silver package. You will have this option once we send you a contract for one of the packages you picked.

4. How should we prepare and plan for our wedding videographer? From booking to film delivery, we follow a detailed plan. Coordinate with your photographers for a seamless day, and allocate roughly 1-3 minutes for motion shots between each shoots.

5. How do we make a payment? Before finalizing the contract and collecting payment, we ensure your confidence in the decision. Typically, after reviewing the contract and confirming your decision, you'll proceed to a dedicated payment page.

6. How will we view our wedding film(s)? Relive your moments with electronically delivered films, organized like your Netflix homepage. Download directly to your device(s).

7. When will we receive our wedding film(s)? Expect delivery within 8-12 weeks (2-3 months) from your wedding day.

8. What is a retainer fee? The non-refundable retainer fee contributes to the full package cost, securing your date and guaranteeing videography coverage.
